Your Quiet Partner

Every customer gets an answer, even when you are on a job.

I build an artificial intelligence (AI) helper that answers customer questions from your website, email, and texts right away, then books the appointment or sends the hot leads to you.

Built by Peter Schabinger, who spent more than ten years at Commvault keeping technology reliable and secure.

A text message, an email, and a missed call flow into one calendar with an appointment booked.3BookedTuesday, 10 a.m.

Sound familiar?

You started your business to do the work. Lately the messages about the work take up half your day.

“I answer texts in the truck between jobs.”

Every reply pulls you away from the work in front of you. And the texts keep coming.

“My inbox fills up after I close.”

By morning there are questions waiting. Some of those people have already moved on.

“I called back the next day. They had already hired someone else.”

Some customers go with whoever answers first. A slow reply can cost you the job.

“I type the same details into three places.”

Name, phone, address, what they need. Again and again, by hand.

A man in work clothes reads a message on his phone in a repair shop.

What does answering questions cost you?

Put in your own numbers. Nothing you type here is saved or sent anywhere.

What I build for you

A helper that works quietly in the background

Like a silent partner, it takes care of the first part of every customer conversation. You stay focused on your customers and the work you are good at.

When a customer sends a question at 9 p.m., it gets a helpful answer right away. The helper asks for their name, number, and what they need. Then it books the appointment or sends you the hot lead. You see it all in the morning.

An open appointment book and a phone on a wooden front desk in a quiet salon.

What it does

  • Answers common questions from your website, email, and texts, right away and around the clock.
  • Asks for the customer’s name, phone number, and what they need.
  • Books appointments on your calendar.
  • Sends hot leads straight to you so you can call them back.
  • Uses your business details, your hours, and your way of talking.

What it does not do

  • It does not replace you. Customers who need you still reach you.
  • It does not make promises for you. No quotes or deals you have not approved.
  • It does not go off script. You stay in control of what it says.

Without help

  1. Missed call
  2. Voicemail
  3. Customer calls a competitor

With your helper

  1. Question answered right away
  2. Details saved
  3. Appointment booked

What it could look like in your business

These are examples of what is possible, not results from past clients.

A row of small shops with awnings along a sunny main street.

Example

Contractor

Before: A homeowner texts about a leaky roof while you are up a ladder, and you see it four hours later.

After: The helper answers right away, asks for the address and a photo, and books an estimate visit.

Example

Salon

Before: A client emails at 10 p.m. to ask about an opening on Saturday, and the email sits until Monday.

After: The helper checks your calendar, offers two open times, and books the one the client picks.

Example

Law office

Before: A possible new client calls during a hearing, leaves a voicemail, and calls the next firm on the list.

After: The helper answers their website question, collects the basics, and books a consultation without giving any legal advice.

Example

Landscaper

Before: Spring brings a wave of quote requests, and you spend your evenings typing the same replies.

After: The helper asks each person for their address and yard size, then sends you a tidy list to price.

Example

Auto repair shop

Before: Customers call all day with the same questions, and every call pulls you out from under a car.

After: The helper answers questions about your hours and services, and sends urgent repairs straight to you.

Example

Cleaning service

Before: A new customer asks for a quote by text, and by the time you reply they have booked someone else.

After: The helper asks about the size of the home and how often they want cleaning, then books a walkthrough.

How it works

Six simple steps. You know the scope and the price before any work starts.

  1. 1

    Free call

You tell me where your week goes. It takes 30 minutes and costs you nothing.

  2. 2

    Pick one task

We pick the one task that will save you the most time. Starting small means you see results sooner.

  3. 3

    Written plan

You get a written plan with a set scope and price before any work starts. Nothing begins until you say yes.

  4. 4

    Build and test

I build it and test it with real examples from your business. You see how it answers before any customer does.

  5. 5

    Go live together

We go live together and I show you and your team how to use it. You will know what it does and how to check on it.

  6. 6

    30-day check-in

I check in after 30 days to make sure it is working. We look at how it is going and talk through any changes.

Why work with me

Big-company care, at small-business size

I am Peter Schabinger. I have spent my career keeping technology reliable and secure for companies much larger than yours, including more than ten years at Commvault, a data protection software company.

Now I bring that same discipline to small businesses. Your helper gets the same care. It has to work every time, and your customer information has to stay safe.

This is a one-person practice, and that is on purpose. You work directly with the person who builds your helper. When you call, I answer my own phone.

How I work

Four promises you can hold me to.

Plain English

I explain everything in everyday words. You never need to learn tech talk to work with me.

A set price, agreed up front

You get a written plan with a set scope and price before any work begins. No long-term contract required.

A permanent license

I own what I build. You get a permanent license to use it in your business, with no yearly fee to keep it.

Your customer information stays private

It is used only to run your helper, and I never sell it.

Common questions

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. I set everything up and show you how it works in plain words. If you can read a text message, you can use it.

What does it cost?

The price depends on the task. You get a set price in writing before any work begins, so you always know the cost up front.

How long does it take?

That also depends on the task. Your written plan includes a timeline, so you know what to expect before we start.

Will it sound like a robot to my customers?

It is set up to sound like your business. I test it with real examples from your business, and you approve how it talks before it goes live.

Is my customer information safe?

Keeping information safe was my work for more than ten years. Your customer information is used only to run your helper, and I never sell it. Before we start, I explain where it is kept and who can see it.

What if it does not work for my business?

We find that out on the free call, before you spend anything. If I do not think a helper will save you time, I will tell you.

What happens after it is live?

I show you and your team how to use it. Then I check in after 30 days to make sure it is working, and we talk through any changes.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. There is no long-term contract. You agree to one project with a set scope and price.

Will it replace my front desk or my staff?

No. It handles the first reply and the routine questions. Your people still take care of the customers who need a person.

Where are you located?

I am based in Chicago. All calls and work happen remotely, so I work with small businesses anywhere in the United States.
